AT&T and Time Warner Join Forces in Historic Merger

Summary: A judge ruled that AT&T and Time Warner can merge, overruling and lawsuit brought forward by the Department of Justice and the Trump administration. In the hours after the ruling, another major media company put in a bid to do the exact same thing.
