Summary: Another case on defences and another case in which an appeal is allowed up to a higher court on grounds that the judge may have misled the jury. We cover the case of Scarlett, an ex-army landlord who ejects a much larger customer from his premises. Obviously, something goes wrong and the defendant is charged with manslaughter.
