Summary: It's time for football Raider Nation as we head into Week 1 of the 2018 NFL preseason and the start of the second Jon Gruden era for the Oakland Raiders. We update you on the news out of training camp this week and discuss the sustained national criticism of Gruden for being "out of touch" with the modern game. Next, we welcome CBS Sports Radio national radio host, and 10-year NFL vet, Tiki Barber. Barber talks about Gruden's return to the sidelines and tells us why he likes what the Raiders did to remake their roster. Dave Birkett, the Detroit Lions beat writer for the Detroit Free Press, calls in on our attorney Michael Troiano Newsmaker Line to give us insight into the new-look Lions. In their first year under former Patriots coach Matt Patricia, Birkett runs down what to expect in the team's game against the Raiders on Friday. We then keep it close to home as Fox 5 Las Vegas' Kevin Bolinger files his report on Raiders training camp in Napa. Bolinger spent last week in Napa and says the difference between last year and this year is like night and day. He also tells us how the Gruden and Carr relationship is central to success this season.
