Summary: March 1963. 11:30PM. Patricia Weir (18) boards a bus following her shift at the Paramount Theater. She exits at her stop at 7th St. & Marlette. As Patricia makes her way down a sleepy street-- she is kidnapped, bound, & raped. Following the assault, Patricia's attacker, Ernesto Miranda, drops her off near her home.
