HBO PROJECT: Iron Jawed Angels (2004)

Summary: We're taking a short break from series premieres to review a few HBO original films. Iron Jawed Angels (2004) stars Hilary Swank and Frances O'Connor as suffragettes Alice Paul and Lucy Burns. (Molly Parker, Anjelica Huston, Vera Farmiga, Julia Ormond, and the warden from Shawshank are also in the mix.) It's 1912 and women are rocking all the boats, upsetting all the apple carts, and wearing all the hats in their endeavor to enfranchise women with the right to vote--well, white women, at least.
