SMART stands for: S – Specific M – Measurable A – Achievable R – Realistic T – Time-based SMART goals are a good place to start. The problem with conventional goal-setting in this fashion is that it’s: All or nothing Pie in the sky Demoralizing Demotivating Without goals we have no idea how we’re doing, or where we’re heading.
