Episode-2253- Dillon Allen on Nuclear Power, Anarchism, Urban Prepping and More

The Survival Podcast show

Summary: Tweet Dillon was born and raised outside Jackson, MS. He studied chemical, mechanical, and nuclear engineering as well as business and, due to a fortunate injury, ended up in the one place in the military where his questioning attitude was welcomed instead of court-martialed. His military service took him to Washington, DC and Central America, both of which were formative in his adult view on governments, freedom, and liberty. He witnessed 9/11 first hand and how it changed his town as well as the blatant lies told by our most senior politicians about how we interact with foreign nations. He was lucky enough to return home to MS with his family where he is a senior leader in a major US utility, large enough that I’m giving the following disclaimer for him: The views Dillon expresses are his own and are not that of or endorsed by his company. He’s been listening to the show since 2010 somewhere in the neighborhood of episode 500 and has been engaging as a member of the community as Angusbangus via the blog, forum, Permaethos, 5min with Jack, Walking to Freedom, & MT Knives. He designed his own avatar that marries Calico Jack’s Jolly Roger and the rattlesnake from the Navy Jack. Some say “Don’t Tread on Me”. Dillon prefers to live by the motto “Tread if you Dare”.
