Summary: There is NO fashion or beauty in this podcast. I talk about some HEAVY stuff...so if you want something light (be sure skip this one!) I think forgiveness is a lifelong journey for most of us. Here are the points I discuss: 1) Figure out why the person hurt you 2) If you can't ask them yourself, come up with an answer (even if you have to make one up) And, have VERY low expectations of the answer. 3) Be sure to forgive yourself too (forgiving yourself is sometimes harder) 4) Forgiveness doesn't mean acceptance of bad behavior or mistreatment. It means you choose to forgive someone so you can let it go...and be free... for YOU.
