Summary: Our negative thinking often time gets in the way of us making healthy decisions for ourselves. Based in self protection, sometimes these dysfunctional thinking patterns (cognitive distortions) may color our perspective and make it hard to create new habits.  In this episode, I review these distortions for listeners as either a refresher or new information and some skills you can begin to try to break the habit.
