Craig was tight-lipped, however, when the AP caught up with him at the Opportunity Network’s charity auction that included his personal 2014 Aston Martin. “We’ll see, we’ll see,” he said of Boyle’s possible involvement. In a report from The Wrap, The California Film Commission announced Tuesday that nine upcoming films have received tax credits to shoot in California as part of the expanded Film & TV Tax Credit Program. The biggest title fans are most excited about is Deadwood, the film adaptation of the acclaimed HBO series that is now close to mounting a production after many years of fans wishing to see a movie version. Coming from THR, Black Panther has reached another milestone with the Ryan Coogler directed movie passing 1997’s Titanic to rank as the third top-grossing title of all time at the North American box office behind The Force Awakens ($936.7 million) and 2009's Avatar ($760.5 million), not adjusted for inflation. The question now, how far can it go and will it beat Avatar and The Force Awakens? THR reports that Melissa McCarthy will star in a new movie entitled Super-Intelligence; set up at New Line, with her husband Ben Falcone on board to direct. The movie marks the fourth collaboration by the married duo, with Super-Intelligence telling the story of a former corporate executive (McCarthy) whose unfulfilled life is turned upside down when she is selected for observation by the world’s first super-intelligence.
