NSF rule restricts grant funding for institutions floundering on sexual harassment

Summary: Colleges and universities are anything but ivory towers free of sexual harassment and intimidation. Now the National Science Foundation wants to make sure its grants do not go to investigators who might be engaging in sexual harassment, or to institutions who let it go on.
