Pokémon GO Podcast Ep 81 – “Shinies and Legendaries and Events Oh My!”

Pokémon GO Podcast show

Summary: Welcome to Pokémon GO Podcast! Charles and Joe are back with plenty of technical issues. Brian caught another Mewtwo! How many legendaries does Brian need? The US Air Force is conducting Red Flag drills causing the western United States to have occasional spotty GPS. The guys have a new infographic detailing the most useful Pokémon in the current meta. Hint: Rayquaza is going to be amazing. Pokémon GO earned over $890 million in 2017; even though that’s a lot of money, it’s less than they made in the 6 months the game was out in 2016. That said, Pokémon GO will probably still be around for a long time. There’s a new trailer for the game and it’s pretty awesome; the hype is real. Niantic has added new wardrobe options to the game, but you have to pay for them and that’s only after you unlock them by earning specific medals. Niantic has acquired a startup company called Escher Reality that specializes in peer-to-peer augmented reality. All of that incredible content, and of course YOUR feedback and comments!
Thanks to our awesome Patrons we will keep producing and improving the Pokémon GO Podcast.
