Summary: When Madelaine Scott was 8 years old her parents gave her 20 chickens to take care of in the hopes that it would teach her fundamental life skills. Fast forward 15 years later and thats an understatement. Now at 23 years old, Madelaine owns and operates Holly Burton Farm managing 3000 certified organic laying hens and has now diversified the business into tiny house building workshops, composting, macramé and a whole lot more.
