Summary: <p>Steve Cooper talks with tattoo artist Freddy Negrete. Freddy is known as one of the fathers of the Chicano style black and gray fineline tattooing. A Southern California resident, he got into tattooing at an early age while incarcerated. He ended up working alongside Jack Rudy (best known for inventing the single needle for the professional tattoo gun) at Good Time Charlie's.
