Summary: Episode 007 Rachel Wilson Yoga, Meditation, and Physical Fitness is a Lifeline<br> <br> Rachel is a teacher, educator and yoga therapist with over 12 years of experience.  She is the founder of Om My Yoga Studio and Om My Yoga teacher training Academy located just outside Harrisburg Pennsylvania.  Rachel teaches Classes, workshops, and retreats that draw upon her education and experience in a number of different areas including Yoga, Aerial yoga, Acrobatic yoga, Pilates, athletics, mental health studies and yoga therapy.
