Summary: As a beginner runner, you’ll need to consider your lungs, bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments as members of your team. Is everybody ready to start running? It’s critical that they all be ready. Let’s talk about how to take this into consideration and accommodate any parts that aren’t ready.
