Maybe it's time we started thinking about what we are putting in our bodies, especially as athletes who want to get the most out of life.
I hope you enjoy this episode, please head over and donate before March 12th to help this movie get wrapped up so we can watch it in the fall! It's going to be awesome.
So, what are you going to grow this year? Leave a comment below and tell me how this episode inspired you?
