He has worked with athletes across a wide variety of sports including Olympic, World Championship and Commonwealth games medallists. During this time the Australian National Sevens team competed in the HSBC World Series, 2 World Cups and 2 Commonwealth games campaigns. His expertise in Rugby Sevens is highly sought after with an on going consultancy with the Ireland Rugby Sevens program.</p><br> <p>John is currently a Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Australian Institute of Sport. As part of this role he is responsible for the National Men’s and Women’s Rowing crews which will compete in 2016 at the Rio Olympics. Additionally, John works with the National Centre of Excellence Men’s Artistic Gymnastics program.</p><br> <p>John also worked as the Head Strength &amp; Conditioning Coach for the Canberra Capitals WNBL Team from 2000 to 2010, during this time the team won 6 national championships.
