Summary: The crisis in Burundi is deepening after the opposition boycotted UN-sponsored talks to reach a deal to end the ongoing standoff. It came after the killing of one of the opposition leaders during street protests. President Pierre Nkurunziza says he is going ahead with his decision to run for a third term. His critics say the move violates the constitution but Nkurunziza's supporters disagree, and say a constitutional court ruling allows him to run. So, what's next for this African country?
