In hour one, we got in to the news you probably won't hear in the corporate media, and gave you our take on California's "Yes means Yes" law and the pubic freak-out over Ebola. In the second hour, we continued our yearly Supreme Court "Red Sunday" preview tradition with Ian Millhiser, Constitutional Policy Analyst for the Center for American Progress and Justice Editor of the Think Progress Blog. Ian helped us understand some of the big cases that our nation's highest court has already agreed to hear this year, including partisan and racial gerrymandering, and abortion rights. He also explained a few cases that the Supreme Court is likely to agree to hear.
