Mel joined Auckland Libraries 6 months ago and her pervious work experience was in online for the banking sector.  I chat with Mel about the similarities, differences and opportunities between the two sectors and what libraries can learn.  We talk about how digital is transforming the in house experience as well as the online and look at what the future might look like in this sense.<br>
