Summary: <p>JEFFERSON EXCHANGE, February 19, 2014/Hour 1B:</p><p>Oregon voted to enshrine marriage in the state constitution as a one man/one woman transaction nearly ten years ago. </p><p></p><p>With the tide of public opinion changing, a campaign is mounting to reverse that earlier vote.
