They are all about creating the best experience for the shopper while giving the creator absolute control over the process. Again, this is cool "Set it and forget it" technology. You can easily tie your product into twitter, facebook, email, etc. The other thing I like is they seem to share what is working so you can get great insights into selling your product. There are great analytic (including see where your customers are), and you get ALL of the customer data. After all, they are YOUR customer. Very cool.
