Mr. Kreloff has been instrumental in the start-up and initial capitalization of twelve businesses over the past fifteen years including a laser disk publishing company, a children’s reference software publishing company, a pay-television company, a massively-multi-player bingo game show, a wireless gaming technology company, a direct-to-consumer travel television show, a beverage company and several software development companies. In addition, Mr. Kreloff was instrumental in the start-up and capitalization of each of the portfolio companies described on the KEPI website. Prior to heading up KEPI, Mr. Kreloff was Chairman and Chief Executive officer of a publicly traded motion-picture production and transactional-television company. He resigned from that post in February of 2003 after nearly ten years to pursue other start-up opportunities. Along the way, he took up yoga and learned that he was capable of lying still while being awake. Previously, Mr. Kreloff held a variety of posts at the Investment Banks Drexel Burnham Lambert and Kidder Peabody & Co. He holds a dual BS degree with honors from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and Martin J. Whitman School of Management. He resides in Boulder, Colorado and is the very proud father of a son and a daughter.
