Summary: This week on the aRTs Roundtable about the new websites and apps we are using in art and music. Brenda and Carol talk about websites and apps that are used in the music classroom. Brenda shows Sonic Pics with kindergarten and a website, text conversation, where you can set up a virtual text conversation. Carol discusses how to compose, yes, it is that simple, using beatwave and dropophone. The website she is excited about is the Chicago Summer of Learning a badge system set up my Chicago mayor’s office and over 200 businesses, so students can continue their online learning all summer, then EARN badges.
