Summary: This time review a Carter favorite (or favourite) Lupin 3rd. Oddly enough this "movie" is actually just two of the TV show episodes smacked together on a VHS (or for us a rip to mkv). So I came into this with the wrong assumption but it was soon remedied when the plot changed drastically.
