Summary: FIRST THINGS FIRST: President Obama shored up support in Congress today ahead of the coming vote on whether to approve military action in Syria. Andrew is split on whether to support a strike and so are the American people. -Secretary of State John Kerry reassured the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that boots on the ground would only happen if something catastrophic happened. -The owners of the bakery in Oregon that turned away a gay couple are claiming to be victims now. Andrew says they can cry him a river. -The mayor of a small town in Alaska was hospitalized after being attacked by a dog, but the attack is nothing unusual even though this is a very unusual mayor.
