Billy was selected as Regional Director of the Year in 2001. Billy is also a Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) in Visual Basic. Billy is one of the original members of the INETA speakers bureau. INETA is the International .NET Association of user groups. Through INETA, Billy speaks to user groups all over the country.
