Summary: This is our last program with Ira (and possibly Rod) so that they can attend to other projects that are pressing. Today Ira and I discuss Devarim, the first section of the book by the same name. Also, since this is the last Sabbath before Tish B'Av we spend a considerable amount of time discussing the meanings and the history of the many judgments and mishaps that involved the 9th of Av throughout history. The big question that comes from this discussion is this... Do you extend Grace to those to whom YHVH has extended Grace unto? Or are you walking in the same "sin" as the children did when the land was once again made to be empty of His children for "Baseless Hatred" (also known as , "withholding grace"). Haven't we walked around this mountain long enough?
