Summary: I developed this really handy way of moving away from what you don't want, towards what you do want. I focused on things that detested me for three minutes and then things that I was grateful for, for 3 minutes. It works! Look I eliminated heaps of clutter and I am a SERIOUS MINIMALIST! Clutter Gone! Recently I've been coding in food and drink selectivity and occupations of time that are healthy, fun, likeable, and tasty. Good times.
