New York’s Bread and Tulips

Joseph Rosendo's Travelscope show

Summary: Located inside New York’s Hotel Giraffe, Bread and Tulips emphasizes our needs when dining out - good food and excellent hospitality. Both of these ingredients are considered by owner chef Riccardo Dardha as essential to a meaningful and memorable meal. The neighborhood restaurant’s location on the subterranean level of the Giraffe is half the fun. It’s fun, young, hip ambience will make you want to come back for more. The menu is inspired by Italy and offers an array of reasonably priced appetizers and dinners, as well as a large selection of wines by the glass or the quartino that will keep you happily socializing for hours. You’ll find the Hotel Giraffe at the corner of Park and East 26th and Bread and Tulips is one level down. In this pod cast Riccardo and I sample some of the establisment’s specialties.
