Summary: This may sound trite/disingenuous/hollow/ridiculous coming from a white guy who grew up in a rural area, but Chuck D was something of a hero to me. So it was great to hear him talk about sticking to his guns after three decades in the rap game. I didn't have much time to chat with Chuck, but I think I got an idea of what helps him accomplish that feat.
