Summary: Alan S. Berson is an executive coach, leadership consultant, speaker, and professor. Since getting his MBA from Wharton, he has held leadership, strategic planning and marketing roles at Fortune-500 firms including Gillette, Bausch & Lomb, and Marriott. He was also the CEO of a VC funded training company with Fortune 500 clients. Alan is currently a Learning Director at Wharton Executive Education and the CEO of Leadership Conversation LLC. In addition to the team workshops and off-sites that he provides for corporate and government clients, Alan has taught and coached executive students as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business in the Executive Masters in Leadership Program (EML), the Georgetown/ESADE Global Executive MBA Program (GEMBA), the Booz Allen Hamilton Change Management Advanced Practitioner Program (CMAP) and an MBA course in Leading Change.
