Summary: Darth Vader joins me this week to discuss the cake he's baking and his experience running the Milwaukee Lakefront Marathon in 2007 (that was the year it was hot folks) and the Lake Geneva Marathon. Our treadmill gets fixed, my knee is still injured, we have a snafu with our toilet tank pump thingy, and we talk about our favorite 5K's. We discuss Star Wars, physics, and then there's the lesson about Google. Also? Nesa and I find out that the Shake Weight Lady really does exist! What in the world kind of hat is that???
