Summary: Today Is my inaugural Podcast I was born and raised in Alaska and joined the Marine Corps right out of High School. I spent the next four years deploying to Iraq, and training for the next deployment. After my time in the Marine Corps I went to work for a Private Security Company in Iraq and Afghanistan. I became interested in prepping through a friend there who introduced me to J.W. Rawles book “How to Survive the End of the World As We Know It”. After that i began to read more and more about things from food storage to gardening and Permaculture. After I began to listen to Jack Spirko’s “The Survival Podcast” and was very much inspired by the ethos of prepping out of “intelligence” and not out of “fear” I then have since launched The GREAT NORTHERN PREPPER SITE, BLOG and now PODCAST.
