As of yet, we still have a placeholder date of feb 2013. no news from arenanet/soesbee otherwise. What sort of server types will be available? for example designation of RP has been frowned upon by CM Martin Kerstein positing that it would be a managers nightmare trying to keep up with all the likely infringing players. I personally think the community would end up policing itself. Other designations of PvE or PvP have not been publicly approved as of yet. Since all press were added to the Heroes of Tyria guild during the CBT weekends, I believe that guilds may be game wide as a opposed to serverwide. Or perhaps they made all the press be on one particular server while the rest of the unwashed masses were confined to their own servers. If I was JUST jumping into GW1, thinking I can do some title grind and get me some of those sweet bonuses that veteran GW1 players are getting, about how long do you estimate I have to get most, if not all, done? Do I even have a chance? I believe that with dedication and a firm daily playstyle you should be able to get 20/50 easily.
