Summary: In this episode we want to give you just three reasons to consider becoming a Vegetarian. A Vegetarian is a person who doesn’t eat any animals, such as beef, pork, poultry, fish, or other sea animals. A Vegan goes even further and doesn’t eat anything produced by an animal, such as eggs, milk, cheese, and honey.
