Summary: Shannon and Jo are involved in and committed to the healing they sought when they joined our show four weeks ago. Shannon is actively pursuing work in her profession as a baker and cake decorator. She has faithfully married her spiritual work to her profession and daily life. It appears that each day offers a new idea, person, opportunity, or insight to enrich her life. Jo is, at times, overwhelmed by the new life she is creating. She must now balance sobriety with her career, motherhood, and spiritual work. Committed to her AA meetings, she also added classes at the Center for Spiritual Living to support her spiritual path. She must remain present to the daily care a balanced, sober life requires. Shannon and Jo are making the ultimate investment. They are investing in their own lives, and the payoff will be priceless!
