Summary: With bad weather in western Colorado, I stayed a little closer to home. And I found myself on the periphery of the second highest elevation tornado ever recorded in the U.S.. After a lot of disappointment in the scenery and downright anger at the trail conditions on the slopes of Mt. Evans, the weather, too, conspired to mess up my weekend.
