Summary: What are good tactics for shifting power to the People? We will first talk to John Bonifaz of Free Speech for the People who led a coalition of public interest groups and businesses in the filing of a friend-of-the-court brief before the Montana Supreme Court in defense of Montana’s Corrupt Practices Act. It led to the Montana Supreme Court defying the Supreme Court's Citizens United ruling in upholding the state laws on campaign finance. We will also check in with Kevin Zeese of Occupy DC at Freedom Plaza about phase two the movement including the National Occupation of Washington DC scheduled to start on March 30th.
