Summary: It’s holiday time and at this time of year Joseph’s childhood memories take him back to his grandparents home in Miami, Florida. Cuban immigrants, they celebrated a traditional “Noche Buena” with roast pork, red wine, black beans, white rice, yucca, plantains and, in his grandfather’s case, a long, dark, fat Cuban cigar.
