Summary: On Nov 3, the Sex Discrimination Commissioner, Elizabeth Broderick, released her Report on the Review into the Treatment of Women in the Australian Defence Force Academy on behalf of the Commission. The report was the culmination of Phase 1 of the two part independent review, the second phase of which is looking at the Australian Defence Force more broadly.
