Summary: Hello, I'm Danny Ford and I'd like to welcome you to my guided meditation podcast. I'm a mindfulness teacher and a trainee psychotherapist with a commitment to authentically integrating traditional teachings and contemporary psychological understandings. I've been engaged in practice and studying the Buddha's teachings (the historical context of mindfulness teachings) for six years and have experienced profound transformation as well as difficulty and struggle in practice, and my teaching holds space for both the possibilities and the difficulties that mindfulness practice can bring about.
