Charlotte Gainsbourg stops by the Wired studio to talk about the music and movies that have influenced her, and dishes on growing up the daughter of Serge Gainsbourg. She plays her tunes, her father's, Radiohead, Lou Reed, and more.

We have some really great new tunes this week from Sigur Rós front man Jónsi, Dr. Dog and their Anti- Records debut, James Murphy's LCD Soundsystem, Gil Scott-Heron who joined forces with Nas for a killer remix, and Holy F's space-aged post rock sound.

Hot Chip, a Wired office favorite, bring us a remix of the Gorillaz "Kids With Guns", and we check in with Iranian rapper Hichkus, who is also featured in an independent film "No One Knows About Persian Cats", which won an award at the Caan Film Festival and is gaining traction in the States.

Ben Goldwasser presents a playlist pulled from the influences behind MGMT's brand of nouveau-psychodalia including songs by Suicide, Julian Cope, Britta Phillips and Dean Wareham (remixed by Sonic Boom), Parliament, and Bruce Haack. Also, a conversation with Goldwasser about Ray Tintori, an up-and-coming filmmaker featured in the November 2009 issue of WIRED. Tintori produced three videos off MGMT's "Oracular Spectacular," including the (foolishly) controversial video for "Kids."

Just in time for Halloween and only weeks before the release of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, we feature some of the best (and worst) songs from Vampire movies, including a two tracks off the New Moon Soundtrack.
