Spend an hour with Anton Hill also known as The Atheist Asshole. We discuss the different ways people interact on the internet and some of the ways certain words have become taboo. Should we expect a more factual argument from skeptics and atheists? Still a bit of friction going on in the skeptical/atheist circles so we talk about that. The internet is said to be a loudspeaker for everyone, some are louder that others. How long will it be before we can all become cyborgs? No one knows for sure but its good to plan ahead. You can find Anton's blog here as well as on facebook and twitter Anton can also be heard on the A-News podcast

The Angry Atheist welcomes the first guest from France to the show, Phil Giordana. Phil gives some insight into what people think of atheism in his country. We also talk about how many Americans forget there are other atheists from different cultures around the world. We discuss the A+ movement which could very well be the one thing that keeps us from making the progress needed to make atheism a normal, accepted way of thinking in the United States. As if it wasn't an uphill battle already.Phil also explains the difference in word usage between the US and the French. It's a look at things from a different perspective and it's an example of how in many ways we are alike but our differences will keep us apart if we allow them to. If you would like to check out Phil's band you can find them here
Another guest resulting from The Angry Atheist and his habit of listening to more than one side of an issue. Please welcome SPACKlick who can sometimes be found at The Slyme Pit+ Despite it's reputation among some atheists there is nothing anymore wrong going on there than in any of the other blog-sites you will find on the net. Some could even claim there is more tolerance at The Slyme Pit+ than in the comment section of some blogs. The topics covered range from gay marriage to legalizing pot, to the death penalty and the way Americans consider themselves #1. Don't forget to support the podcast so we can change the world.
The Angry Atheist host spot is taken over by Brian Allen. If you would like to hear/read more go to godlessradio.net
Maria Maltseva joins The Angry Atheist to spend an hour talking about the current attitudes displayed by many who are skeptical/atheists. Does drama increase your blog hits? Are there differing viewpoints held by people even though they have much in common? Maria shares a reasonable common sense look at the issues currently effecting some of the secular community. Those issues are not unique and not limited to just non-believers. The way they are being handled is. You can find Maria Maltseva's blog Musings From The Skeptical Left here, and she can be found on twitter as well The Kylie Sturgess post on Dawkin's twitter regarding blog hits/Boycotting websites can be found here. The post on blog hit stats for Skepchick and Freethoughtblogs can be found here. It should be noted while suggesting the data provides proof, it at the same time does not claim to provide proof. That is one of the reasons it was discussed. You may also want to check out Skepticblogs.com you will find some great writers there.
Dayln Limesand joins the podcast this time. Dayln is a college student at UND and he tells us how atheism is doing at his school and some of the things he has to worry about as a result of his non-belief. TomthePreacher comes around to UND every year spreading around the rumor that the bible is the actual word of god. Dayln heard part of Tom's presentation and he gives us some insight on what to expect if Tom comes to your town. One hint, 'evilution'. Tom's event also meant the Freethinkers of the University of North Dakota needed to present the more realistic side of things, and they did just that. You can also find FUND on facebook
Please welcome Tim Donk to the Angry Atheist podcast. im talks about the bible and how little many people know about it. So many people think they have learned morals from the bible but they haven't really. Are we spoiled in this country? Brian Fields, President of Pennsylvania Non-Believers is the guest this time around.Brian talks about the PA State Atheist/Humanist Conference. It is a gathering of atheists, agnostics, humanists, freethinkers and skeptics at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Harrisburg, PA from September 28th-30th, 2012. Why do school boards and people involved in government functions often feel the need to pray before their meetings? Brian talks about some of the actions his group is taking to put an end to the practice. What is going on in Pennsylvania when the elected representatives are using their time and energy to pass a "year of the bible" declaration and some bill to recognize all religious books as respected by everyone? Brian lives in a state that has become infamous due to some of the ways religion is inserted into government, forced on others, and the way atheists are made to feel unwelcome.
