Summary: Mark Canlis is the middle of the three Canlis sons and is proud to have grown up in a restaurant family. In addition to being a Cornell graduate and former Captain in Air Force Special Operations, Mark has worked in 10 separate restaurants across the country. He joined the company 2003 and is now acting owner.
