Summary: Lori Gertz is a fabulous Mom. She adopted a beautiful little girl without her history. Elli was exposed to drug and alcohol in utero causing FASD or Fetal Alcohol Specturm Disorder. FASD is brain damage, it is irreversable. Not only does little Elli suffer from PTSD, she also has Bi-Polar Disorder and Reactive Attachement Disorder.
