Summary: Dr. James Orbinski has witnessed some of the most horrific events of our time, from famine to civil war and to genocide in Rwanda. In a new memoir, he recounts those experiences and how they changed him. It's called "An Imperfect Offering: Humanitarian Action in the Twenty-First Century".
