What are you carrying around that’s depleting your emotions? God can teach us how to deal with our emotions and unfinished issues from the past, but we have to let Him. We can’t change what happened, but we can choose how we respond. God commands us to get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander (See Ephesians 4:31).
