This week we have David Cornish from Marcus Oldham Agricultural college joining Olivia Agar to chat about the red meat industries carbon neutral 2030 target. David helps break down the discussion and also analyses the issues from key stake holders perspectives, from producers, industry groups, consumers and politicians. As always David is realistic about the current practical challenges farmers are presented with but is optimistic as ever about being proactive and engaging with our customers.
